Internship

Every year on an average 50 students are posted for internship under the norms of Kerala University of Health Sciences in all the clinical branches of Siddha systems. This internship is Compulsory Rotatory Internship (CRI). The hospital is equipped with the necessary arrangements and infrastructure to accommodate CRI. The faculties and medical officers offer their best attention and drive to enhance the diagnosing and treatment process in clinical area. There are MoU’s with Central Council for Research in Siddha (CCRS) Chennai and NIS (National Institute Siddha) Chennai to facilitate internship training. The interns also given training in gynecological procedures in allopathy hospitals. Further the Govt of Kerala directs 1 month posting in rural area under Indian System of Medicine department,
