Aiming for excellence in the fields of Arts and Sports along with studies, Santhigiri Siddha Medical College launched Arts festival ADWAYA 2023 on 13^th December 2023, Wednesday,. Swami Gurusavidh Jnana Thapaswi, Head of Santhigiri Healthcare & Research Organisation inaugurated the function which was held at the College Auditorium. Principal Dr.D.K Soundararajan presided over the function, Vice Principal Dr.P.Hariharan, Professors Dr.G.Mohanambigai, Dr.J Ninapriya, SSMC Alumni Association President In-charge Dr.Sradha Sugathan, PTA Vice President Mr.Hansraj G.R, College Convenor Mr.Mahesh M, Deputy Convenor Indhu S participated in the function. Fine Arts Committee Head Dr.V.A Mekala given the welcome address and students Union Chairman Aakash Kumar given the vote of thanks.

The students were divided into four groups in the names of four colors for the competitions. Each team participated in the competitions with great enthusiasm, the encouragement of the audience was the same for all. Wisteria Warriors chosen the color violet. Bluish-green for Celadon champions and dark green to Emerald Fighters. Laguna Legends House selected yellow color. Students participated in various items inorder to excel their talents.
