Free Medical Camp at Attukal Pongala

Thiruvananthapuram: Faculty members and students participated in a medical camp organized by Jignasa Kerala in connection with the Attukal Pongala festival at the Attukal Temple premises, Thiruvananthapuram, on 3 March 2026. The camp commenced at 8:00 AM to provide medical support to devotees attending the festival.

The team departed at 5:00 AM to reach the venue and assist in the medical services arranged for the large gathering of devotees during the festival.

Medical consultations were conducted by doctors from Santhigiri Siddha Medical College. The participating faculty members included Dr. Kalaiselvi Balakrishnan (Assistant Professor), Dr. C. Sapna (Assistant Professor), and Dr. A. Athi Meena (Assistant Professor). They were supported by students Geethu R. S., Nandana Krishna S., Vassuki A., and Logeshwaran K. from the 20th Batch, along with Meenaloshini S. and Yugaa S. from the 23rd Batch, who actively assisted in providing medical services during the camp.
